Week 1 practice schedule

  • Mon, 13th*6AM – varsity boys & girls, 2-4PM varsity boys & girls, 4-6PM – JV boys & girls
  • Tue, 14th*6AM – varsity boys & girls, 2-4PM varsity boys & girls, 4-6PM – JV boys & girls
  • Wed, 15th*6AM – varsity boys & girls, 2-4PM varsity boys & girls, 4-6PM – JV boys & girls
  • Thu, 16th: 2-4PM varsity boys & girls, 4-6PM – JV boys & girls (no AM practice)
  • Fri, 17th: 2-4PM varsity boys & girls, 4-6PM – JV boys & girls (no AM practice)
  • Sat, 18th: 8AM-12PM varsity boys (2-2.5hrs during this slot), possible varsity girls tba
*WEEK 1 NOTES: Morning practice will be all in-water conditioning so you will not need any running gear.  Also, if you are a varsity player with an A-period class, you will be dismissed from practice at 6:45AM. Parents, please send breakfast with your athlete for immediate recovery after practice. There should be no empty stomachs going into the school day.
